I got to play/attend 2 events I will NEVER FORGET the past two weekends
1.) Being a memorial service for fallen warriors. Over 200 Golf Marines, spouses, and Gold star Families assembled to honor the birth of the Marine Corps for its 249th birthday. I had the privilege to hear commander Major Adam Holton and the 16th Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps Carlton Kent pump everyone up and honor them. Thank you Semper Fi & America’s Fund and BJ Ganem with Sierra Delta
2.) Sergeant Major Carlton Kent flew me in to perform for our Warriors at the 20 year anniversary of Fallujah at the National Museum of the Marine Corps in Triangle, Virginia. I cannot express with words how much these event meant to me and my Family. We will never forget your sacrifice and the ones who laid down there lives for all of us.

Huge thank you to Blue Buffalo and Walmart
Blue Buffalo is once again helping Sierra Delta provide Life Buddy dog training grants to US Veterans by giving a portion of the proceeds they earn from people buying their products at Walmart!
This is such an amazing program and makes it so easy for everyone to contribute to this worthy cause. Plus the grants help veterans like featured in the campaign! 100% of our Warrior Life project also goes to them as well! Thank you!!!!!

Looking forward to playing this event! Gonna be a special night with Niko Moon for Music Movement May 15 Atlanta, Georgia

Grateful to have been writing with The Beat of Life for the last 9 years and feel blessed to have been a part of this event 🙏 Here is a little note the other day from the Jelly Roll Ernest event The Beat of Life is so thrilled to share the BIG NEWS that on February 19, The Beat of Life officially launched our "Redemption Songs" Program at Nashville’s Juvenile Detention Center, in partnership with Headliner Sponsor JELLY ROLL!!
But that’s not all. We got to help present to the community Jelly Roll's Studios, the first installation of music production studios in Nashville’s Juvenile Detention! Jelly Roll officially opened his studios, making the event the first to kick off using the lasting resource for aspiring musicians in the very place he was once housed as a youth.
This collaboration, featuring music luminaries Jeffrey Steele and Ernest alongside 35 pro/hit songwriters who helped kick off the program launch, embodies the belief in music's role in personal growth and redemption, showcasing the journey from juvenile detention to success.
Special guests included Nashville Mayor Freddie O'Connell, Juvenile Court’s Judge Sheila Calloway, and a handful of music industry VIPs and correctional leaders both local and nation-wide. Pics courtesy of
