Tofu sandwich for lunch today on bread!

Air fry tofu (no oil) with seasoning and place on a bed of lettuce, tomato, and onion.

I can’t believe it’s so good without any sauce or spread!

My plant based journey started on December 28, 2019.

On January 25, 2020, I noticed great results, shown in the photo on the right 💯

I dropped 5.2 lbs, melted 1.7% body fat, and decreased my BMI by 1.2 💪🏼

I originally only wanted to do this for 3 months because I was scared of totally ditching meat and animal by products

After seeing my results and feeling better, I’m in it for the long haul

I want to help others who are new to eating plant based or haven’t started yet.
