Hello everyone. This Saturday- breaking battle for kids!!!!

You are welcome to try hand-building pottery this weekend!

Highlights

• Learn to create your own ceramic plate
• All materials, tools, and firing are provided
• Guidance by a patient and experienced instructor
• Color your work
• Bring home your beautiful creation when it's ready

Details

Hand-building is one of the pottery methods which involves creating pieces without a pottery wheel - simply using hands, fingers, and simple tools. There are several techniques - pinching, coiling, and slab rolling - to make your unique creations.

This time we will try slab and coiling to make a nice plate and decorate it by using different stencils (flowers, animals etc.) and colors.

Notes

• Duration: 3 hours
• Participation fee: 400,000 VND per person
• Teacher in charge: Dariya Kovaleva
• Time: Sunday 05/03/2023 (15:00-18:00)
• Materials: Clay & Colors
• The workshop is suitable for adults and kids of 5 years & above with little or no pottery experience.

Collection of Pieces

You will get to keep one of your favorite pieces from this workshop. Each additional piece will cost extra 50,000 VND (for firing). They will be available for collection after 10-14 days.
