Vincent is a dynamic linebacker from Delaware Valley University where he appeared in 48 games during his collegiate career. The Philadelphia, PA product was a key contributor to 3 Conference Championships while at Del Val and was a team captain his senior season. He finished his collegiate career with 144 total tackles, 34 tackles for loss, 16 sacks, and was a 3 time All Conference performer. His greatest accomplishment to date may be how he navigated COVID to market himself and earn an opportunity to play professional football. After having his pro day cancelled, he hosted a virtual workout of himself which led to a contract offer from the Edmonton Elks of the Canadian Football League. After a nagging injury hampered his opportunity to compete for a job up North, Vincent found himself with another opportunity and signed a letter of intent with the Orlando Guardians of the XFL in December of 2023. Unfortunately, after the merger of the USFL/XFL, the Guardians franchise was disbanded leaving him searching for a new opportunity. We asked Coach Thomas about what he anticipates Vincent’s role being, and he had this to say. “Vincent is the man! He is exactly what I have been waiting on at the position…He has the right build, phenomenal sideline to sideline speed, he’s a great pass rusher, he’s smart, highly ambitious and motivated, a winner, and a great culture guy. He will be a force to be reckoned with in this league!” Fans, please help the Storm franchise and Dodge City Dental Care welcome Vincent DiLeo II to the family and Southwest Kansas!
