The Art In Life Vendor's Expo Fall Edition - 4th Quarter "Harvesting Revenue In Local Business!"
This is a contemporary "Pop-Up" that fosters a safe and progressive space that is diverse and inclusive for entrepreneurs of all levels of business. A platform that welcomes "New" or "Existing" merchants or artists to network with other like-minded creatives as we all find ways to reinvent, reestablish, and redefine ourselves following the change of the economy since the existence of the pandemic. Our Expo is 100% self funded. We rely heavily on the support of the community to help in raising awareness in efforts to promote engagement. This is our 6th pop-up and our 1st full year in business. We promote on Facebook, Instagram, Eventbrite, Direct Mail, and quarterly on Fox2 News Studio Stl. Our dome houses space for 25 participants. Each quarter has a different educational business focus and is associated to a season based theme. There is a "Best in Show" contest that awards a FREE spot to the overall winner based on a non-bias grading scale. This is a family friendly event, therefore, our vendor applications are screened before enlistment is completed. Our most unique quality in functionality is that we work hard to create a non-competitive platform where no two vendors are exactly alike. In doing this, it optimizes opportunity for patron to vendor exchange. There is always a variety of contests, prizes, as well as giveaways. We even provide activities for children. Our promotions are comprised of 3-months of vendor content and event information. Our process has been continuous and is a learning experience each pop-up. Despite that, we can only go so far without the support of the community. We have had the privilege of networking with 45 different vendors and look forward to making connections with many, many more! Current enlistment opportunities are available now!!! Q: If it's free why do I need a ticket?
A: You don't but if you go online and get one there will be drawings done based off of those tickets
B: There is also an option to donate through obtaining a contribution ticket. Proceeds help local businesses like this one hold events with more affordable rates.

A: The priority in this Expo is to help other entrepreneurs learn how to effectively promote and establish their brands while also having fun and NOT how many vendors it can house.
Q: What else is there to do that would make working the event fun?
A: We actually award one Vendor a "Best in Show" ribbon and a FREE Spot in our following Expo. There is a vote casted based off of a business branding criteria and fundamentals

The vendors have the option to participate in decorating their table if they are so inclined. A prize is awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place best decor! It not only is really fun and interactive...it also promotes vendors to step up the look of their area which in turn brings more attention to their table which could result in more potential consumer engagement and ultimately product $ales!!!

A: Yes!
Q: Is Bartering something that is up for discussion in exchange for other business-related services?
A: Yes!
Q: If I wanted to showcase my product but not vend could I pay a lesser fee?
A: Yes! There is a promotional table for local merchants and/or organizations that can't physically attend the event. The cost is 50% OFF the original cost to do so. That gives you 4 feet of space for whatever is conducive to that size. All items must be setup and picked up within the same time frame as all other participants. You must sign a waiver which excludes Immortal Designs and its affiliates from any responsibility for items entrusted to the Expo. The table is out of reach from patrons and set up in safe keeping throughout the event.
