It's that time again! Our monthly Women's Only self defense class and open mat will be this Sunday at 11:00am! This is open to anyone regardless of prior training experience! This class is great if you are interested in learning a bit of self defense from a jiujitsu base, or, if you are a jiujiteiro looking to get some extra training in!

This Sunday at 11:30 is our annual free Women only self defense and open mat class. This is open to all women regardless of experience or ability!

We will have time and space dedicated to open mat training for jiujitsu practitioners and for women wanting to learn jiujitsu based self defense.
