Happy Thursday! My mom had her surgery yesterday and it went well. She is in quite a bit of pain today, but she says it will be worth it! Happy Tuesday!! It’s my daddy’s birthday!! I included some of my favorite pictures of us in this post. I am excited to wear the new cello shirt I got for Christmas today. I found out yesterday that I am competing in a spelling bee on Friday. My mom has been quizzing me on the word list. Her insurance has not made a decision yet about her surgery. Happy freezing Monday!! I am back to school hopefully for a full week! We were supposed to have 4 days of school last week and we only had one. My mom is hoping to hear from someone today about her surgery. Cross your fingers that it gets approved!! 💖-Meggy

Happy Saturday!! I had a fabulous time watching the Wichita Thunder win in OT! My mom is hanging in there and doing her best! One more game tomorrow!! 💖-Meggy

They got the roads clear enough and I am here to cheer for the Wichita Thunder in person!! On a not so good note, our insurance didn’t make a decision about my mom’s surgery so she likely lost her spot for next week. I hate to see her so miserable. Happy Friday!! School was canceled AGAIN today. We made it back 1 day this week. The bad news is we probably won’t make it to the hockey game tonight. I am tired of snow. Happy Thursday!! I am finally headed back to school today from Christmas break. I had to take my own pictures because my mom had to scrape the windows of the car. The roads around my school are still really bad. It might snow again this afternoon. I hope not. We need a break. I hope you are all staying safe and warm! 💖-Meggy

Happy Wednesday!! Sorry I haven’t been around much. We still haven’t gone back to school from Christmas break. My mama is really sick. She is trying to rest, but insurance denied her surgery yesterday because they say it isn’t medically necessary. Her doctor has a meeting on Friday with the medical director of the insurance company to fight for her to get the surgery. Please send lots of good vibes. She needs this surgery. 💖-Meggy

Happy Monday! It’s super icy still, but we were able to leave the house at least. I was supposed to go back to school tomorrow, but they already canceled it. 💖-Meggy

Happy Sunday!! We are stuck at home. We have had tons of ice and then some snow. We even had an ice thunderstorm! It was crazy! We are definitely ready to get out, but it’s too dangerous to leave right now. Stay safe everyone! 💖-Meggy

Happy Friday!! The Wichita Thunder won 5-0 tonight and my hockey big brother Thomas came to watch the game with us. It was a great night! We don’t get to go to the other 2 games this weekend unless the weather forecast changes. They are saying lots of ice and snow! Be careful out there!! 💖-Meggy

Happy New Year’s Day and my half birthday!! Every year we go out to eat to celebrate and I get to pick the restaurant. I hope everyone has a great 2025!! 💖-Meggy

Happy New Year’s Eve!! My dad had to work today and only has tomorrow off, so we decided to spend a quiet NYE at home. Tomorrow is my half birthday, so we will go out for dinner with our friend, Lindsey! It’s a tradition that we have been doing for a long time. I hope everyone has a fun and safe night! 💖-Meggy

Happy New Year’s Eve Eve! Just running a few errands with my parents today! I did get a really cool Lego Taylor Swift in the mail today from the United Kingdom! It is so cool and I am so grateful someone sent it to me! 💖-Meggy
