WaKeeney Recap : We had a great time, the cars in one piece, and it was awesome to see everyone show up to Honor the Fose Family ❤️

Heat Race ……. I dumped my talent bucket on the first lap… thankfully everyone avoided me and I was able to keep it going but way off the pace.

My stellar run in the heat lined me up on the back row for the A Main, the track was awesome multiple lanes and lots of dicing and good racin. I drove it up to 8th from 19th and picked up the Hard Charger Award for the night, to Better Built Trailers for sponsoring that!

🏁 Huge shoutout to the entire crew at WaKeeney Speedway….. putting on a great show over 100 cars showed up! I got to see a lot of folks I hadn’t seen in a while.

💚Thanks to my Dad & Jace for all their help at the track and Brendon for helping me get her race ready!
-Brendon came home with 4th at 81 Speedway

Thanks Gary for the awesome 📸!! FRIDAY night was my first time on the Famed 1/2 Mile Kansas State Fair Grounds. The atmosphere did not disappoint, it was awesome, everyone was hyped and it was great to see over 2500 fans in stands. You could hear the roar of the crowd.
💥 A huge thanks to Phil, the entire Saltcity Racing crew and the individuals that made this possible!!
👉Race Recap : Pulled a high pill and rolled off at the back of my heat race, I was fighting carburetor issues but managed to get past a few cars and make the redraw.
🔧 We borrowed a spare carburetor from the 721 and got her swapped out and started second row inside for the A Main.
🏎️ My new BillsBuilt Hot rod was great, track conditions were too. I managed to run second most of the race, my goal was the run fast consistent laps and we did that!
🏁 Congrats to Dakota Sproul on the WIN… he was checked out!
I gotta thank my Parents for all of their support, my husband Brendon for helping me get race ready! My kiddos who put their time in too!!
🤩 I’m excited to see what this season has in store! Thanks to Bob Bills for building a fast car, Beau Davis for a great shock package, Mel Hambelton Racing for having all the parts we need and all the Fans that came out to support the race track!!!

📆 Next Up for me will be Dodge City Raceway Park May 18th, then back to Hutch on Friday May 24th!!!
