Hi, it’s been a few months since I was last able to post here! During those months: I had a flood in my old rental & had to move quickly! My folks moved from MA back here to AZ! Been try’n to keep up w/the CPTSD therapy, man, it’s hard & can be scary & draining at times; but, pushing through! Try’n to keep to doing yoga, going to Dr’s & Dentsist etc! Get sidelined here n’ there, but, keep stepped forward. My personal self care is getting a bite better😃 The road to becoming, humm, a functional individual, after being formatted for the last 15 years, is SO not easy. I’m introverted by nature & now nearly an agoraphobic, so via therapy (earth angels), etc., just doing it step by step! How have u’ll been doing!?! Those who consider yourselves sensitives & those who do now! What has ur individual experiences been these last few months!?????

Asfaras what I am doing r/n❣️I am healing, mentally/emotionally/physically & spiritually! I am currently Shut Down per my guides, as a physical medium. I am working w/my guides on the meditations they r leading me on. I will be on this journey for about 1year. During this year: I will cnt my shop, relocating temporary to AZ; where I will Re-fresh my Bodywork skills & opening back up to my Healing (psychomatry & Psychic-empath healing) Abilities. I will be creating a new website; where the new shop will be located, as well as services, workshops, info, etc.., will be posted! This will be completed by Nov 1st, 23’.
