Just your weekly check-in im having to remind myself a lot lately. To have patience, and grace a message that I’ve always been sharing with you. I’m a mom of three. I work full-time in an office plus training clients on top of my own training 5 days a week, with one rest day & one active rest day, finishing with cardio x 3-4 days.
I’m tired of eating every three hours, tired of the day in and day out, tired of not getting enough rest or family time. But you can guarantee that I find myself. In the times where it is silent. Without all the noise. That I am appreciating my growth, that I am thankful to be the person I want to be. What drives you, what is your underlying mission in life?
You don’t have to have all your isssh together. Just as long as you know what you want, and where you want to be.. i promise, it’s all a part of the journey.

Not impressed. Mental is shot, incredibly pi**ed about therut I'm in. Never mentioned the wreck I was in that totaled my car and that has me training through another recovery.

That's just one factor/thing to overcome. In a dumpy mood lately. Thank god for the little glimpses - Of hope, happiness & love. But even then, sometimes isn't enough👏🏼👏🏼
