I was at the Libertarian Convention in DC last night to see President Trump specifically.
I got lot of attention from both Libertarians, Republicans, and media seeing me in my “Mega MAGA Manga” T-shirt 😄💖🇺🇸. I was interviewed by few media news local and international! Fox News surprised me when they walked up to me and interviewed!
President 45 and soon to be 47th, Trump rocked the stage!! People who booed him in the beginning, cheered him and applauded as he spoke to them. ONLY TRUMP CAN DO IT! 😄😄😄. You must watch his speech rather than read someone else’s review! 😄

Biden Administration is ensuring that LGBTQ are protected rock solid and girls can do nothing if they are s*xually assaulted by a transgender dude.

Let me explain what Biden Administration wants to do by updating the Title IX:

Intended Title IX in the constitution is a significant federal civil rights law in the United States. It was enacted as part of the Education Amendments of 1972. The law prohibits s*x-based discrimination in any school or education program that receives funding from the federal government1. Specifically, Title IX states that “no person in the United States shall, on the basis of s*x, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance” In essence, it aims to ensure equal opportunities for both male and female students in educational institutions. THIS MUST REMAIN UNTOUCHED TO PROTECT WOMEN’s RIGHTS.

But our evil Biden wants to take women back to the time before 1972 or worse.

Recent updates to Title IX rules under the Biden administration impacts how schools handle cases related to s*xual assault, harassment, and discrimination. Here are some key points about the recent updates:
1. Overhauling Trump-era Rules: The Biden administration released new rules that overhaul the Title IX guidelines set during the Trump administration. These changes address concerns related to due process and strengthen protections for victims of s*xual misconduct.

2. They provide further protections for LGBTQ+ students and parenting and pregnant students.

3. Live Hearings and Cross Examinations: College student survivors will no longer be required to attend live hearings or go through cross-examinations during investigations.

4. Equitable Grievance Procedures: Individuals will have the right to “prompt and equitable grievance procedures.”

5. LGBTQ+ Protections: LGBTQ+ students are guaranteed protection under the law if they face discrimination based on gender identity or s*xual orientation.

6. Pregnant and Parenting Students: Pregnant and parenting students who experience unwanted s*xual attention, shame, or punishment will have additional protections against s*x discrimination in the admissions process and on campus.
