dinary city resident who has called Aberdeen his home since 2006. Despite never having had the intention of joining the Council, the growing negligence of real city problems, including the spree of recent shootings in the City and a community that urged him to do so, he felt compelled to run. Due to his exceptional organizational skills, concerned residents consistently have relied on him to voice their grievances regarding special interests, wealthy but subpar landlords, and developers. Being an active member of the community, he, alongside Sarah Davis, has exerted immense pressure on elected officials to tackle difficult issues such as the escalating gang problems caused by these substandard landlords, which have in turn led to declining school quality, decreased property values, and an overall decline in the city's livability. In addition to his community involvement, Paul Clark holds a Master of Science from Johns Hopkins University and currently works as a Program Analyst for a crucial defense project at APG.
