Dear friends, I am happy to share with you, that I will be leading an 8 week course, based on Indian dance movement, at Stage Two, at the Norwich Theatre Royal, starting on Friday the 20th September.
Anyone who has an interest in movement, story telling, or learning about a different culture, will be sure to find this a very happy experience.
If you would like to find out a bit more about the project, we are running a taster session on Friday 9th August 7pm-8.30pm. The session is free, but you will need to book your place, and there are just sixteen places.
CULTURAL CELEBRATION Taster Session | Norwich Theatre
You are invited to take a glimpse into how movement can evoke a sense of nostalgia and connect us to a shared heritage

NDC would like to thank all our beautiful audience who came to watch us at the Norwich Arts Centre yesterday and blessed us with their love, energy and support. We are truly grateful for every single person who comes to share our art.
Our show was called 'Ananda' , which means 'Joy'; Art should bring joy to people's lives , art should heal, empower, and make our world a better place.
The photograph I have shared is from our finale, where instead of coming together to take a bow, we ascended the stage with candles, and chanted for peace, together with our lovely audience. It was a profound moment, and many of our audience said that it allowed them to grieve for what was going on in the world, whilst also bringing a personal moment of peace.
We are donating all the proceeds from our concert to helping our brothers and sisters suffering in Gaza ❤

Last Saturday, we presented our latest production 'Skanda' to an almost sold out house, at the Norwich Theatre Playhouse. It was a joyful, exhilarating and beautiful expelrience to share this work with our wonderful audience from whom the energy and appreciation was palpable. I was so, so proud of what my dancers had achieved, of their hard work dedication, hours upon hours of practice, and their progress over the year shone brightly on stage!
Here are a few beautiful moments both on and off stage
