I’ve been wanting to do some African wildlife for a while.
Then half way through this piece I remembered I had previously done a lion very similar to this one.

Wow!!!
This REALLY challenged me!
Not the normal fur babies I’m used to.
But these motorbikes are what someone else possibly calls their babies.
My first and probably last 🤭 motorbike portrait ❤️

After watching a few tutorials on tonal values. I’ve really tried hard with the process on this pastel on A4 pastel mat practice portrait of a German shepherd. Probably my favourite dog breed ❤️

Still mastering the pastel pencils with a Jason Morgan tutorial of a giraffe eye.

Haven’t done a doggie portrait for ages. Worried I’d forgotten the know how.
This little one was a commissioned portrait for a 60th birthday.
Not sure of their name or breed. Maybe a cockerpoo or a schnoodle. Anyone else’s thoughts ??
